Alison made these spaghetti squash tacos last weekend for dinner and I am still thinking about them! She found the recipe in the Smitten Kitchen cookbook (great gift by the way!) a while back and my god are they good. I forgot to take good pictures, but here is the recipe online if you don't have the book and are in the mood. I swear you won't regret these...and healthy too!
