This recent New York Times article, "Advice from Life's Graying Edge on Finishing With No Regrets" is worth your read if you haven't gotten to it already.
The discussion on how to live life to its fullest, die with no regrets, and to find happiness generally, will never end. Yet, it seems like these interviews, studies, and classes touch on the same advice over and again. I for one, always read them and promise to reapply myself to following these basic, and seemingly easy, suggestions.
This NYTimes piece reminded me of Steve Jobs' Commencement Speech at Stanford and the most popular class at Harvard that NPR did a story on several years ago. At the end of the day, I think we all know where to find happiness. And, we have heard this advice before from our parents, our mentors, our grandparents, and others. We just don't follow it. What do you think?
