secret's out.

Remember the "secret Safeway" at 20th and S Street? Well, I have good news! Apparently, it has been renovated and will be opening in Spring 2013 as Glen’s Garden Market. It is going to focus on locally sourced produce, meats, cheeses and good all around food, including beer and wine. It will all be coming from the Chesapeake Bay watershed and it will also include a communal eating space. Hopefully they do this well and it will be some good competition for Whole Foods. Most importantly, another source for locally sourced foods!
