On Saturday, we went over to the house to pick up some mail and meet with the seller, Josh. It got us really excited to move in, not to mention, we are so lucky that Josh is such a great person. We sat and talked for a while all about the house and he also took us around to introduce us to the neighbors. On top of that, he gave us photos of the house from when he first moved in. To say he did some work on the house is an understatement.

For two years, he gutted and renovated the entire place. For a period, he was living in the two bedrooms upstairs.

I am so happy to have these old photos and to know some of the history of the place. It is amazing to see the before and after pictures, isn't it? Josh did an amazing job especially considering he did it all himself with his Dad and some friends. As you can see, he also took down walls, refinished the wood, stripped the doors and a whole lot more.
