The Wall Street Journal wrote this great piece today featuring Springerle cookies. Never heard of them? Me too, welcome to the club! What great looking cookies to impress people with. Not that impressing people is the point. But really, who are we kidding? It totally is. If you have some time on your hands or feel like you are ready to take your cookie making and molds to a whole new level, pretty sure this is your answer.
