I am working through lists and notes and emails that were abandoned and forgotten over the course of the year and I just came across an email from me reminding myself to check out Toki Underground. Wow! I just read up on the reviews and there is no question I will be heading their way come January. How could I have forgotten about ramen so close to home?!

It is over on H street and from all accounts the wait can be over an hour but it is entirely worth it. Just reading about the broth alone made my mouth water. Check out these pictures of the inside. You know you want to go with me!
